These rules help keep every collaboration clear from the start. They explain the booking process, production scope and permitted use of Sasha’s name, image, likeness, voice and performance. Sending an enquiry is the first step; a booking is confirmed only after the details have been agreed in writing.
1. Booking confirmation
The enquiry must identify the contracting client, end client, brand or publication, and the person authorised to approve the booking. A date is reserved only after the project, fees, production scope and image usage have been confirmed in writing.
The confirmation records dates, location, working hours, payment timing, travel, accommodation, fittings, overtime, cancellation or postponement arrangements, and any project-specific conditions.
2. Production scope
Share the concept, purpose, styling, deliverables and production team before confirmation, including the photographer or director, producer, stylist, hair and make-up team, retoucher and publisher.
Photography, motion, sound, behind-the-scenes material and stills extracted from video must each be agreed. Changes involving the concept, team, setting, styling, physical contact, nudity, stunts or risk require prior approval.
3. Image usage
The written Image Usage Schedule defines the approved material, client, brand, purpose, authorised users, channels, territory, start and end dates, placement or quantity limits, exclusivity and fee. Unspecified use is not included.
Agree separately on:
Websites, e-commerce, apps and landing pages.
Organic social posts, stories and reels on named accounts.
Paid advertising, boosted posts, display advertising and whitelisting.
Shop windows, displays, counters and in-store screens.
Billboards, walls, transport, airports, LED walls and digital advertising columns.
Print advertising, editorial, catalogues, brochures and direct mail.
Online video, TV, streaming, cinema, music videos and cutdowns.
Products, packaging, labels, merchandise and items offered for sale.
Exhibitions, installations, art prints and decorative wall use.
Press kits, retailers, partners, awards, portfolios and behind-the-scenes publication.
4. Portrait and identity rights
Sasha retains her portrait and identity rights. Permission is limited to the confirmed Image Usage Schedule.
Copyright in photographs and films is separate. Relevant photographers, filmmakers and other rights holders must also authorise the intended use, including portfolio use.
5. Separate written approval required
No unrestricted “all media”, worldwide or perpetual rights are included. Separate approval is required for another brand, campaign or purpose; sublicensing, stock distribution or resale; implied endorsement; exclusivity; or use beyond the agreed term.
The same applies to AI training, datasets, face or voice cloning, digital doubles, avatars and synthetic performances; material face or body alterations, digital clothing changes or misleading composites; and political, religious, gambling, tobacco, medical or sexualised contexts not approved beforehand.
Behind-the-scenes publication, crew social posts and award submissions also require approval.
6. Changes, third parties and expiry
The client must ensure that all authorised partners follow the agreed limits. Access to files does not create publication rights.
New channels, territories, users, brands, edits or extended use require agreement before publication. At expiry, publication and paid promotion must stop, and material must be removed as agreed.
7. Fees and professional boundaries
Fees, expenses, payment dates and cancellation terms are agreed per production. Additional usage may require an additional fee.
The client must provide a safe, professional set and disclose material risks or sensitive requirements beforehand. Sasha may pause or decline work that is unsafe, unlawful or materially outside the agreed concept or boundaries.
8. Website images and enquiries
Website photographs remain subject to the rights of their respective creators and rights holders. Copying, republication and commercial use require the relevant permissions.
Enquiry details are used to assess the project and discuss a possible booking. Accepting these rules does not confirm a booking or grant image rights. Governing law and additional commercial conditions are specified in the final booking confirmation.
